The highest level of Quran recitation certification — a documented chain of transmission (Sanad) connecting your recitation back through generations of teachers.
An Ijaza is a formal certification confirming that a student has mastered correct Quran recitation to the point that they may pass that certified knowledge on to others — with a documented Sanad, or chain of transmission, connecting teacher to student back through generations, traditionally to the Prophet ﷺ.
This course is for advanced students who already recite fluently with correct Tajweed and want to pursue formal certification — often in preparation for teaching Quran themselves. Every session is supervised recitation, corrected and refined until it meets the standard required for certification.
Advanced Tajweed mastery assessment before beginning
Study of Riwayah (typically Hafs an Asim, the most widely used narration)
Continuous, fully supervised recitation of the complete Quran
Session-by-session correction and refinement
Formal Ijaza certificate upon successful completion, with documented chain of transmission
Our Ijaza is documented with a clear, traceable chain of transmission (Sanad).
Your teacher holds their own Ijaza and understands exactly what the certification requires.
Many graduates go on to teach Quran themselves, carrying the certified chain forward.
Every recitation is heard and corrected individually — there's no shortcut to this level.
