By accessing or registering for classes through Rabbani Institute ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Rabbani Institute provides live, one-on-one online Quran education, including but not limited to Noorani Qaida, Quran reading with Tajweed, memorization (Hifz), Tafsir, Arabic language, and related Islamic studies courses, delivered by video call.
Students of all ages are welcome. Where a student is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration on their behalf and is responsible for supervising the minor's use of our services, including any video call software used for classes.
New students are entitled to one complimentary trial class. The trial is offered at our discretion, is non-transferable, and does not obligate you to purchase any ongoing plan.
Current pricing plans are listed on our Fees page and are subject to change with notice. Fees are billed in advance of each billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Students may reschedule a class by notifying their teacher or our support team in advance. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect the availability of makeup classes.
Students and parents/guardians agree to treat teachers and staff with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate.
All course materials, curricula, and content provided by Rabbani Institute remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors) and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Rabbani Institute provides educational instruction and makes no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or timelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Information collected through our registration and contact forms is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties. A dedicated Privacy Policy detailing our data practices should be published alongside these terms.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
