1. Free Trial Class

Every new student receives one complimentary trial class before enrolling in a paid plan. The trial class is free, requires no payment method, and carries no obligation to continue.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted for:

Classes that were scheduled but not delivered due to a teacher's unavailability.
Technical issues on our end that prevented a paid class from taking place.
Billing errors, such as being charged twice for the same period.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

As a general rule, the following are not eligible for a refund:

Classes already completed or delivered as scheduled.
Missed classes due to student no-shows or late cancellations (see our rescheduling policy on the Q&A page).
Partial months where the student chooses to stop mid-cycle without prior notice.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via our Contact page or email info@rabbaniinstitute.com with your name, registered email, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within [X] business days — replace this placeholder with your actual turnaround time.

5. Refund Method

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel outside of this policy due to exceptional circumstances, please reach out — requests are reviewed individually and handled with discretion.
